Artist Statement:

My work explores how typography, color, hierarchy, and layout can change our perceptions of different moods, specifically correlated to genres of music. Each poster depicts a performance by my friend, Declan, in different randomly generated musical genres. Creating each poster within a day challenged my ability to reproduce and rethink a design concept and tested how principles of design impact perceptions of the audience.
